We had a wall taken out to open up our living room space, a new beam put in, a new mantle above the fireplace as well as the fireplace tile redone, new hardwood floors installed, all new light fixtures installed, a small bathroom freshly painted and redone with new tile flooring, and fresh paint throughout the main floor on walls and ceiling. Everything was done on time and the communication with everyone was wonderful. There were a few minor mishaps that happened along the way (no fault of theirs and things that can be expected with construction) and Mark and the guys went over and above to make everything right and make sure we were happy. When we are ready to take on another project we will be calling Mark first! Great company and excellent service! Extremely happy with the final results, we love our home again!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a fairly expansive project list. New hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor, remodeled 1 and 3/4 bathrooms, new kitchen countertops, and a new fireplace facade and mantle. (Those were just the major projects).
Jade (sales/design), Michael (construction coordinator), Tim (carpenter),  and Jason from Sergenians (Tile) were just a few of the highlights I wish I could name everyone involved. They were professional, creative with solutions and finished on time. They went above and beyond more times than I can remember, even helping me shovel snow! As stressful as a living through a remodel can be, I can honestly say I will miss these guys.
I come from a long line of carpenters, builders and architects and Actuate is top notch. I will recommend them to everyone.

A new patio door, flooring and trim work throughout our kitchen, dining room and bathroom and to top it all off all glass storm doors for the front and back. The attention to detail was outstanding! Actuate's design team was talented, creative, and visionary with every choice made ~ always keeping us and our design style in mind.
Mark, and every employee we worked with went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.  We are extremely happy!  They created a home we love.  We have received compliments from everyone who has seen our renovation.
After our project was completed, Mark, and our main designer Jade, visited us to make sure all the finished work was top-notch.  Not many contractors go to that extent!
